Designed by a mother who craved to lie on her tummy while on holiday 28 weeks pregnant, this lilo has been designed to enable rest and relaxation lying face down. The raised rim around the hole supports the pelvis and ribs and therefore avoids any pressure that may otherwise be exerted on the back.
It has been tested by pregnant women, some literally days off giving birth and all have been absolutely amazed at how comfortable this is. Physios, Osteopaths and independent midwives have all approved this for use in pregnancy.

Relax on land or wate, you’ll need to fully inflate both of the air chambers. You then position your body with your bump in the hole, ensuring that your hips are supported on the raised rim that surrounds the hole. You can also lie on your back or side on the Holo. It comes with a handy drawstring bag and you don’t need to deflate it fully when transporting it in your car, it will fit in most cars’ back seat foot-well by simply deflating the head rest.
