Yoga poses and yoga exercises help you become more aware of your body, mind, spirit and environment. You have to try different poses to find out which pose you are most comfortable with, and then you can continue doing that. Every pose or exercise in yoga has a unique name associated with it. Almost all of the yoga exercises requires a calm corner to perform these poses.
